It’s a mostly boring day for Howard… well until and explosion of debris and metal shrapnel fills the reception area(?) and as the dust clears revealing a pail man in a mechanic’s jumpsuit with an unknown symbol on the back,currently lying in a heap on the ground

He pulls out his pistol inspecting the man.
