You're from MD, right? Did you have to see a gender therapist, before receiving testosterone and/or letter for it? If so, can you recommend any therapist in the area?
Yes I am and no you don't have to see a therapist, though it is recommended! Two words for ya, CHASE BREXTON. You can get testosterone with informed consent (sign a paper saying you understand the risks and opt out of terapy) through them (and they have a pharmacy on site that helps with costs of t if your insurance doesn't cover, I pay $20 a vial) and/or see a therapist there as well as trans friendly gynecology, dentists, primary care, etc. Highly recommend. I didn't start t through chase Brexton, I started through Dr Pine at UMMC but I'm with Chase now and again, highly recommend! :]
