Ingredients: 4 large tomatoes, diced. 1 onion, finely chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 jalapeo pepper, seeded and finely chopped. 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped. 2 tablespoons lime juice. 1 teaspoon ground cumin. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Diced tomatoes, chopped onion, minced garlic, jalapeo pepper, and chopped cilantro should all be put in a large bowl. Put ground cumin and lime juice in the bowl. Depending on your taste, add salt and pepper to taste. Combine all the ingredients and mix them well. Put the bowl in the fridge for at least an hour with the lid on to let the flavors mix. Cool it down and serve it with tortilla chips or your favorite Mexican food.
