If there's one person who's been a staple read for me over the past 5 years it's James Altucher. I've never met him in person but I class him as an online mentor. He has a unique way of looking at things, he became a successful startup entrepreneur, then lost everything, then rebuilt everything. I've applied a lot of his learnings to coming back from injuries, rebuilding fitness, that kind of thing, even though he's not actually a runner himself (as far as I know?). Anyhoozle, I haven't been able to do anything but rest these past few weekends (apart from running 😜), and that's ok! Never feel guilty using your weekend or any other time to DO NOTHING.
