It's Monday, and I'm about to go to bed. I really did not accomplish much this weekend in terms of my goals, but I did finally do some house chores that needed to be done - not many but enough to satisfy the woman, I hope. It didn't help that this was a big Saturday for sports... first a UFC, then Canada losing, then the Chiefs losing, then the Saints winning...
I really should find something to do that is useful if another marathon session like that comes up. Maybe a grip exercise would work, anything would be better than playing on my phone.
I really need to get back into the new schedule i'm trying to work up to, and add guitar practice in.
1 week of vacation is left but I really want to use it to setup the next few weeks with good habits and a "no need to catch up" feeling.
I'm going to also try and make a conscious effort here not to delve into anything personal as much as possible (relationships, family etc) - if you want a soap opera blog I suggest somewhere else.
So yes that was my weekend in a nut shell, and a welcome warning for anyone thinking that this will be a opportunity to get insider information.
