I restitched this guy after the glass in the frame broke. It was one of my very first cross stitch attempts and I wanted to make a better effort. Dyed aida and a better font really made a difference

So I made a Victorian inspired doll (Or at least Classic Lolita.)
.... And fun fact, she's a remake who happened to lose her head to a dog apparently... Physically.
Like with Cali before her, she was made during a time where my sewing skills weren't as good.
Not sure if you had this one but: The Purge?
the purge: if all crime were legal for one night, what would you do?
i dunno, there’s not really any crimes i want to do?? i’m too much of a goodie-goodie for that i think.
maybe steal some high end crafting supplies or something that i don’t already have. or some really good props for the haunt or my collection?
I'm sorry for my followers I am on a restitch these wounds lockdown
@re-stitch said: What is tidepooling?
like you go wander around the tidepools to look at the little critters and stuff that live in them! there’s lots of little crabs, tiny fish, sometimes octopi! and of course all the anemones and stuff!
@re-stitch said: I was gonna ask if that'd make it weird when you were out catching bugs but there's like. Octopi? Villagers yeah?
octopi and frogs!!!
@re-stitch said: I've had some... bad run ins with some in the past. Ones that run around of their own accord. Now I don't trust ANY mechanical looking thing that's just standing idly by. Watching. Waiting.
also fair
okay maybe this is presumptuous and probably a little rude but i’ve seen you talking to some of the sprites so i have to ask did you perhaps literally meet five nights at freddy’s.............
@re-stitch said: I'ma be real those things scare the hell out of me.
you know that’s fair! they get scare points for the uncanniness and the jolting movements the cheaper ones have
one haunt i visited up north had a wall of life sized pigs at a trough and when you got to the end of the hallway, a boar about three times their size burst through a curtain towards you. it was great and had some really smooth animation on it!
