Hey peeps! Do you guys have any tips or tricks on how to deal with restless legs? Shit has been kicking my ass lately when I've been trying to go to sleep! ╰(ɵ̥̥ ˑ̫ ɵ̥̥ ╰)

a restless leg syndrome flag, both for a request on @mogai-headcanons and for myself!

the regular stripes represent various moments of restfulness during which rls is typically experienced — when one is falling asleep/trying to sleep, lying down, sitting down to relax, etc. — and the jagged stripe in the middle represents the suddenness of restless leg! i used a zigzag stripe to represent energy (and also electricity, which i associate my rls with) and made it orange, a color that can represent energy.
