Rockin’ the industrial farmhouse look in a converted barn in France. The dining room has a workbench for a table, industrial shelving for an etagere, and soda bottles for decor. The factory lights hanging over the table are authentic.
Wow, rusty old factory stairs. For the kitchen they chose cement framing with rustic wood doors, combining the farm and industrial elements. They left some of the original ancient stone exposed at the top, and added some rustic open shelving.
Looking down from the loft, there’s a compartmentalized industrial table.
The sitting area is on a cement platform with an industrial railing, and you can clearly pick out all the fabulous old factory pieces used as furniture, like the metal bins with cushions. And, check out the rusty steel girders.
Along with the steel, they still have the original barn beams.
This is one bedroom- they built a closet with stairs leading to a mini loft above, which is a clever use of space.
The master bedroom includes a galvanized tub.
