Good morning beautiful ☀️🌹⠀ Life doesn’t stop just because we have an illness. Whether you own a business, have a family, or whatever your life obligations are, you can’t just stop everything and let it all go. (Unless you’re ok with it all falling apart.. I’m just not there yet) ⠀ ⠀ Our family has been so blessed to have an incredible amount of support come our way but there are always things that still need to be done. ⠀ ⠀ As a business owner I feel an obligation to care for my salon family. They have taken care of our salon since my absence to a degree beyond expectation.. 💜💜 but as their “salon mom” I still need to help them continue to grow and thrive. I love my girls. ⠀ ⠀ Also my salon is my baby and as a business owner I am very well aware that if you’re not growing you won’t survive. We are always moving forward with innovative ways to service our guests and stay on the forefront of our industry. This is non-negotiable for me. ⠀ ⠀ Currently I am restructuring our business module, rebuilding our website, creating contracts, renovating our space, and the list goes on. These changes may not be happening at a pace they would have before my diagnosis but we are continuing to move forward— slow and steady. 🐢 ⠀ #lifeishard #butwecandohardthings #restwhenyoucan #begratefulforwhatyoudohave ⠀ (at Edmonton, Alberta) https://www.instagram.com/p/B4GB7WhAF4G/?igshid=1j1a4ihyv1e7l
