Your barn door's open, but you know that
I haven't even clocked in yet and I see a customer in daisy dukes and they're unbuttoned. WTF??!!
Stupid Customers at the Pet Store
So I my brother was at a store, we regularly shop at, shopping for food for my our dog, Louie, which has food allergies. Several of them. He's allergic to practically everything. They were out of the food he eats so he had to call mum and she told him to go make the order at the register. So he went to the register and had the associate pull it up in the register to order only to find the store quit carrying it. So he called her again and she told him to tell the cashier to pull up she found on the site. Some of them she mentioned were sold out. Sadly with my dog being allergic to practically everything it was hard finding something without beef, chicken, wheat, and potatoes in it which most carried. There were customers waiting behind him, husband and wife, and the wife got rude and told him to hurry up and to quit talking on the phone. Like rude. Not polite. Like she yelled at him. Frustrated already because of trying to find food for the dog he yelled back "Be patient and wait your turn, bitch!" Which I thought was funny until the man threatened to stomp my brother to the ground. He had to call the police to press charges because of the husband threatening violence. Seriously! #DearCustomer don't be an ass! Just wait your turn! It's not easy having a dog with allergies. Part of it had to do with him coming from a puppy mill, which we had no idea he came from. He died 4 years later because of early kidney failure. According to our vet it's a trait he got due to excessive breeding. RIP little guy. He was the sweetest dog. He loved everyone.
Fired over bullshit
"Just because the customer said it doesn't mean I did! I've been very good to this company, I would NEVER do anything like what they said I did! You can't fire me over something I didn't do! I'm not signing this, you'll be hearing from my lawyer in a couple days." *grabs purse and storms out* ~Coworker who just got fired over bullshit that a customer accused her of.
I overheard this because the walls are paper thin. Yes I've worked with her and she does a good job and she's good with the customers.

-I check dressing room after a dad leaves it, he left his phone- -I grab it and run after him- Me: excuse me sir -he doesn’t hear me- -I finally catch up and tap him lightly on the shoulder- -he doesn’t feel it- Me: excuse me -he doesn’t hear that either- -he throws the wet jacket he was holding in his arm over his shoulder, whacking me in the face- -finally notices me- Me: you left your phone… Him: Oh thanks -I turn back and see my co-workers laughing, having seen the whole thing-

Customer: Do you know where the balls are?
Me, finally happy I can help: Yes!!! -eagerely whirls around, crashes into mirror, stands there disoriented-
Customer: OMG are you okay?!
Instead of me helping her, she helped me ;;
Feeling pathetic,

-Lady comes up the stairs, to the floor I’m working on-
-Lady looks confused, she turns to me and opens her mouth about to speak, then quickly turns back around to her daughter-
Lady: Oh this one’s a kid, she can’t possibly be an employee.
Me mentally: UHM. I HAVE EARS. AND I’M 18, NOT 5.
Me: Did you need help? -proudly displays name tag as proof-
Lady -speaking to me in the voice used on little children- : Oh you work here!
Me: Yes...
