This is a feminism out the window series, and I really shouldn't like it as much as I do.

I mostly avoid dark romance, but my favourite love interests are those that appear dominant to the outside world but switch in the bedroom and this series has several of them 😍

Despite the rocky start with a couple of the love interests, I ended up liking them all though Bodhi and Alexei are my favourites. The FMC can be as toxic as the men, maybe even more so—the non-monogomy isn't always ethical—but consent is touched upon, so I'm hoping the third book has them addressing their issues.

Sex workers being abused/raped/murdered is a theme throughout, and the FMC is a full service sex worker.
