I am so lucky to have had two super creative authors write two totally different takes on my art 🥹 I’ve been spoiled!

The very talented and all round lovely @luinlothana has written The Couple from Nightingale Cottage (Rated G, 5268 words) to go with this piccie! It’s a funny, fluff-filled, fun look into Aziraphale and Crowley’s retirement in the country and I hope you all enjoy reading it as much as I did ♥️

Crowley likes New York at Christmas — glittering, excessive, and full of opportunities for minor, well-deserved mischief. He does not like what he finds in one department store grotto. When something about the Santa impersonator feels distinctly wrong, Crowley summons Aziraphale from London. Disguised as elves, the two set out to investigate what’s really lurking behind the beard.

Aziraphale is Comin’ to Town

I just posted my new fic, written for Winter Omens Reverse Mini Bang, inspired by the lovely art by @skullfragments! Conveniently, it also qualifies for The Ineffable Countdown by @maidenimage, since it's Monday and the fic features a mystery!

Aziraphale was disillusioned with Christmas. This would not be a problem per se if not for one thing: Aziraphale was the Santa. Santa Aziraphale is doubting whether humans still feel the spirit of Christmas; the letters he's getting at the North Pole as of late read more like shopping lists than anything else. He decided to visit the human world to investigate, following a suggestion from his elf assistant Murielf. There, Aziraphale meets Crowley, a toy store employee who just wants to get through the holiday season. Together they set off on an extended date... er, I mean, a quest to discover what is wrong with the Book of Wishes and whether the Christmas spirit is still alive.
