Hhhhokay SO I have had a Week and it's been an absolute nightmare - I've had power outages and still haven't had WiFi restored to my area and a couple of other incidents that have just made it Not Great

So I'm sorry I haven't been able to reply to messages but yknow no WiFi and all my data is being used for revision sooo. I'll keep yall updated but heyo I'm alive I'll respond to everyone as soon as possible ilyavm

Dear poets,

Small favour, from now on, if you want to write this stuff proffessionally and think you have any chance of being successful, can you please only write poems about things that relate to you, personally.

As specifically as possible, please. Ideally include a few incredibly obvious references to events in your own life. In fact, from now on you are only allowed to write from your own perspective, about things that have happened to you, and they have to be 'big things' that people could easily find out about if they googled you.

Yes, I am aware that this may well compromise your art, make it harder for you to find things to write about and make all your poems sound the same.

I'm sorry. But look at it this way: now, if any of your poems get into the A-Level English Lit syllabus, it won't be so bloody hard to work in context.
