If you find that you are using Revit quite a lot then you will know how hard it can be to understand at times. If you want to understand Revit content management then all you need to do is take a look below to see how you can take Revit with you wherever you go.

The first thing you need to do is create a folder for any custom materials that you have. This could be on a cloud, a flash drive or even your computer if you wanted. It really doesn't matter where you do it or why, as long as you know where it is. You then need to take all of your bump files and your images and you need to put them there. Then, go into Revit and hit the big button on the top left hand side that says Revit. After you have done that then all you need to do is click on options, the rendering tab and then on the green plus sign.

Then go right to this and you will be well on your way to getting everything sorted out, if you remember the location of the folder you created earlier. It really is that simple and you would be surprised at how effective it is if you manage your work in a lot of different locations or if you want to keep things simple.

Section Box’ların kaybolduğu yönündeki söylentiler

Revit 3D görüntülerdeki pek faydalı “Section Box” görünmez durumda olabiliyor, açmak için ;

1-VG ya da VV ile açılan “Visibility/Graphics Overrides” ta “Annotation” bölümünde Section Box satırının işaretli olduğundna emin olun.

2-İşaretlediniz baktınız olmuyor, Hide edilmiştir kendisi. açmak için “Reveal Hidden Elements” i açın, section box orada pembe pembe görünüyor olacak, seçip sağ tıklayın ve Unhide edin.

Custom Project Parameter ile Shared Parameter arasındaki ince çizgi!

Bir projede standart olarak verilen parametreler haricinde eklemek istediğiniz parametrelerden Custom Project Parameter ile Shared paramater arasındakl ince fark Shared Parameter'ın etiketlenebilir (Tag), döküm alınabilir (Schedule) olmasına rağmen Custom Project parameter'ın döküm alınabilir ancak etiketlenemez olmasıdır. 

Bir örnek üzerinden her ikisini de açıklamak gerekir ise diyelim Duvar ve Kapı elemanlarına Üretim Yılı gibi bir parametre ekleyeceğiz. Önce Project Parameter;

Project Type: Project parameter

Name: Uretim Yili

Disipline: Common

Type of Parameter: Integer (virgüllü rakam kullanmayacağız zaten yıl)

Group parameter under: Identity Data

Instance (Type parameter ile Insance arasındaki farka göre parametre seçilmeli- ben burada üretim yılı family'i değiştirmeyeceğinden bol çeşitlilik olacağını düşündüğümden Instance seçtim-

Categories: Wall ve Door seçilsin. 

OK > OK

Şİmdi herhangi bir kapı veya duvarı seçtiğinizde bu parametre listede görülebilir. Bir kapı veya duvar schedule yarattığınızda listelenebilir.

Aynı şekilde project parameter schedule alırken de Add Parameters sekmesi ile yaratılabilir. 

Ancaaaakkk bu listelemesini yaptığınız ve family özelliklerinde beliren parametreyi Tag ile etiketleyemezsiniz. Tabi üretim yılı etiketlemek saçma belki ancak etiketlenmesi gereken parametreler de olabiliyor :)

Shared Parameter

Bu parametreler yaratılırken dikkat edilmesi gereken nokta Shared Parametre yaratıldıktan sonra değiştirilemez. Silip baştan yapmanız gerekir. Bu sebeple kriterlerinizi önceden belirlemenizi şiddetle tavsiye ederim.

Manage > Settings > Shared Parameters > Create > FileName: SharedParameters_Deneme > Save > Groups: New > Name: Uretim > OK > Parameters: New > 

Name: Uretim Yili

Disipline: Common

Type of Parameter: Integer

> OK > OK

Şimdi sırada bu oluşturulan parametreyi duvar ve kapı kategorisine atayacağız. Bunun için;

Manage > Project Parameters > Add > Shared parameter > Select > Uretim Yili > Ok > Instance > Categories'ten Door ve Walls seçili olsun > OK

Artık duvar ve kapı kategorilerinin özelliklerinde Uretim Yili görünür oldu. Sıra bu parametreyi etiketlemekte. Önce bir tag yaratıp bu özelliğimizi atayacağız.

File > New > Family > Annotation klasörü > Metric Generic Tag > Open

Create > Label > Ekranda bir noktaya tıklayın > Add Parameter > Select > Uretim Yili > OK > OK > Edit label penceresinde Category Parameters (sol liste) Uretim Yili'nı bulup işaretleyip sağ tarafa alın > OK

Tag'in doğru bir kategorideki annotation olması için Family Category and Parameters penceresini açın, Wall Tag'i seçin ve OK ile kapatın. Sonra kaydedin ve Load Into Project ile proje sayfanıza alın.

Duvarınıza tıklayın...Tabi bir yıl görünmesini isteiyorsanız properties de Uretim Yili karşılığında bir yıl bilgisi olmalı.
