Hearing that, it seemed like a weight on Merina’s shoulders was lifted and she gave a sighed of relief. Of course Bakura would consider Critias’ cooking the best, so she shouldn’t be surprised. Still, it made her happy that he liked it.

“Thanks, this was my first time making tonkatsu so I’m glad you find it pretty good. I’m trying to experiment out of my comfort zone.”

The small child-sized Bakura walked up behind the male. "Godling? What should I do when practicing with powers backfires?"

“Bakura?” He could tell it was him from the feel of his soul, from the look in his eyes. But he was so small and adorable now! “You um .. accidentally turned yourself into a child?”

He held out his hand, partially automatically, to be held.

*pets his tail* At least you weren't a child. It's so fuzzy~

I think I’d have preferred that actually. Humans aren’t meant to have tails.

*scrunches up his nose but doesn’t stop Bakura from patting him* Yes its fluffier than my usual cat tail.
