Yes, this is actually the 1st Birthday of Revoltale, after it’s rather random birth on my writing website on the 5th of September! (I’m a little late, I know, but I’m in the middle of exams right now! I almost forgot!)
I know i haven’t been on here for a while, mostly because i wanted to distance myself from this au for a small while, and whilst I don’t have any huge plans for this AU or anything, I still thought I’d share a few things.
1. I have some redesigns coming your way! Whether they’ll be released before No. 2, I dunno yet, but there’s plenty of redesigns I have to get through, and that I’m excited to show you guys! (I even have an actual Papyrus design guys wOOOOWIE!!)
2. I am making a video about RT for ManiaKnight’s UNDERFELL, as there’s a competition he’s started. Whilst I'd love to win (who wouldn’t?) It’s not my aim, but rather to give some info about this AU I have had thought out for so long, even if it isn’t quite everything.
After this, I’m nto entirely sure what I’ll be doing. School is naturally my top priority, but i am also trying to write an original novel, which I may have talked about a little here before I seemingly fell off the face of the earth. That’s my second priority, and then otherwise... I dunno. This Tumblr will still be very quiet, as I don’t have a lot of content to give at the moment. All my efforts are going into completing this video, which i actually hope to finish really soon! So be on the lookout for it! (You’ll get to hear my horrible Aussie accent too lol)
I don’t have anything planned for the birthday of this AU, but I do want to thank you guys for being there and sticking by me, especially with an AU that’s provided such little content. It means a lot and I greatly appreciate it.

@underfellfangame (I’m so sorry I know this is like the 3rd time tagging you I promise it’s the last time) I redrew my island for REVOLTALE so with just a few hours before choosing the islands, I thought I’d just throw it up here
I’ll add the info for the island’s characteristics under a cut, it’s too long XD
(I didn’t put an explanation of Revoltale in the last one i’ll quickly throw it in)
It’s been centuries, and monsters are still sealed under Mt Ebott, trapped by The Barrier. Few humans have fallen, meaning very few souls, and with the hope of everyone in the Underground dwindling, the king has had to call for more… drastic measures.
He calls for all Monsters to constantly reproduce so their offspring have enough combined magic to break the barrier. Royal Guards force their way into people’s homes to take newborn children, to the king where their souls are kept until there’s enough magic stores for the barrier to be destroyed. The king hoped that with the Barrier being so close to being broken, the people would be happy, be hopeful, once more. He didn’t realise that the terms of their freedom had upset so many people.
Out of the shadows rose a nameless group, known by some as the Rebels, others as the Saviours, but to mostly everyone as The Underground. A group of monsters who saved children from the soon to be ambushed homes, taking them in and raising them in a safe environment, away from the clutches of the king and his Royal Guards. Once old enough, the now adults have the choice to go out into the world or to stay with the Underground as aid.
When a human falls through Mt Ebott for the first time in a very long time, the “Gatekeeper” warns them that their life is in danger, that as a human, a creature who holds so much magic, and most of all, DETERMINATION, they will be hunted to spare other people’s children, the human may not have quite expected what was to come…
Not that he seemed bothered.
Walking through what the Gatekeeper had called The Ruins was an eerie experience, with barely a soul around.
Until the first encounter.
The island sort of subtly represents the two sides of the underground within the AU, the Rebels, who have good intentions (hence the clearer water) but are crumbling under the immense pressure of having to do as much as they can to save as many children as possible out of sight of Royal Guards. The door is on their side of the island as the Rebels are the first you encounter, and is meant to showcase that despite their hardships, there’s still paths they can take to reach new places and succeed.
The other side represents the Royal Guards and Government officials, who’s original want to do well has been muddied (hence murky water, as well as the lack of water to produce a sufficient waterfall) but are stronger in their powerful positions. In a higher up place there are those who manipulate to gain what they want (hence the bush that is supposed to be thistles) and have become a weed.
But behind it all, under the surface of the battle between the two sides, there’s someone in more control than people even know. A certain flower pulling the strings, always present.
The tree in the middle of the island is meant to represent the human that falls (not Frisk), who leans towards the Rebel side, but reaches for those on the other side to try help them see what they’re doing is wrong. They’re stuck in the middle of a dire situation, but they’re the only person even Flowey cannot control. They’re a wild card, and must grow as a person in order to succeed in saving the underground.
There are pieces falling away from the island to show that both sides are weakening, and that neither are drawing any closer to their goals with the way both of them are going.

So I have some time on my hands and I know we’ve had pretty little RT!CONTENT around here, so you guys know those headcanon thingies? Y’know, where you say like “How would Flowey react to being pushed into a pit of spikes?” and I reply with how he would react? Let’s do that!

Heyo everyone, Tia here, and i’m just gonna go straight ahead and thank over 50 people for following this blog!
That may seem like a sort of small number to some (because for some reason some very cool people are following me and i DON’T KNOW WHY BUT THANK YOU) but when I made this blog I honestly did NOT believe that I would get any attention whatsoever, which was fine! I mostly made this for myself to keep track of the AU, then as it got some attention i made it an ask blog. So it really has surprised me to be getting asks and lovely compliments from people.
That being said, I naturally wanna thank you all for being here, and while I am most certainly doing that group drawing of all the characters, as requested, but that’s gonna take ages, knowing my motivation levels, so I decided that, as a more “I can do this super quick and it’s still not gonna be terrible” thing, I’ve decided that you guys can ask everyone questions, and on Tuesday (Australia’s Tuesday, that is) I will voice act their responses!
That being said, there are gonna be male voices that I can’t do so well, so bear with em on those XD
But you can start sending in asks now! I’ll stop responding to them in drawings etc. for now so I have some accumulated, and then I will record them and post them up here!
