brain thought i had while falling asleep and i must note it before i forget
the retroreflective eyes, the fae can see better in the dark than humans (although they’re far from having the strongest night vision) and because of that the lighting in revtel’s slums, suburbs and even the sunbreeze estate itself is pretty dark and lit mainly by low, gloomy lights
the touristy spots in the city are more brightly lit to accommodate non fae visitors
some fae business dealers forget about this, and human/ elven/ keen ambassadors have often walked in to rooms only to have a near heart attack when they see a pack of fae staring at them like this
