the lyrics "ive got the world on top of me, weighing down so heavily. gonna fall eventually" when sean does the trust fall and white saves him (FROM FALLING OFF A ROOF TO HIS DEATH JUST FOR A LIL GAME SHDHSH but i digress), showing seans interal world, how he has felt since his father died, he has said before he doesnt care if something happens to him, consumed w vengance - he will fall eventually, he is self destructive. but now he is literally falling, but it is not because of his vengance he does it voluntarily and bc he knows he will not actually fall and the. white saves him - and when he saves him, the lyrics "there is no defying gravity" is overlayed by white -who just defied gravity by saving sean, who defied gravity and defied seans self destructiveness by being there for him, listening to him, comforting him, telling him there is another way to do things - saying "What the hell are you playing? You could have died", showing that he is not ready to accept sean treating himself w no regard, he literally cares abt seans life (also shown in epsode 6 in the capitve situation where white literally tells sean his life is more worth than he thinks) and then the lyrics "but you make me, make me, feel indestructible" is accompanied by sean telling white that he did the trust fall to see if he can trust - showing that sean has shifted his focus in life because of white, that because of white he feels like he can accomplish anything - defy gravity bc white saved him, not be crushed by the world - by tawi, by his grief, by the system, showing that he does not have to fall eventually. and then the song stops playing when white turns away for a few seconds, only a few instrumental notes playing when the shot is again on sean, looking at white - it is sean taking in the realisation what white means to him, how he feels about him, it is these seconds where he decides he is going to kiss white
