concept: pavi n amber being opposites.....in that amber pretends to not feel anything and is very outwardly monotone in an attempt to forget that she feels Very Heavily abt Everything and how much that distresses her.....while pavi is Very outwardly expressive and flamboyant to disguise how he doesn’t feel much of anything at all and how much that distresses him.....

Another Concept: amber’s eyes are naturally dark brown like her parents’ and pavi’s eyes, but years of consistent zydrate use have turned them a bright fluorescent blue---they practically almost glow in the dark

if she were to stop using zydrate, they would eventually turn back to their natural color but the withdrawal symptoms would get to her before that would ever happen (it’d probably take months anyway, if not years).

if you look closely, however, you can see a faint brown ring around her irises.
