The large black wolf has been stalking her for the past half hour, darting behind bushes and crouching low to the ground. Yet it does not hunt for the kill, but remains hidden as this un-assuming girl continues to draw closer to the castle. Soon she'll be upon the maze where creatures ungodly guard the entrance to the castle. Perhaps he'll stop her there, ask her why she's come so far? ((Rex-Tenebris))
She wasn’t afraid of much. Or, rather she never showed it as often as she could. She was shy --- at times, yes, but being shy isn’t the same as being afraid. Maybe it was the heart that beat in her chest that made her this way; perhaps it was a naive bravery. But curiosity drew the young woman further and further through the trees, her human feet growing tired but not losing spirit as she draws only further and further..
Eventually being what leads her to the entrance of parted, massive hedges. Blues stare upward to estimate how high they were, all before simply buying time -- sensing some other sort of creature was nearby, maybe by how silent the rest of the woods were.
