Some of you may or may not know that about 9 months ago the motor on my Rex released a bearing at the race track. Most of you probably don't care either. For those that do... Today marks the start of the revival of the Rex, and hopefully a long journey in motorsport. These make up just some of the upcoming modifications and upgrades on my chase to enter the South Australian Time Attack at the end of october. The mods you see pictured include... - Exedy Racing Lightweight flywheel. 12.7lbs, down from 28lbs. - CP 93mm (1mm oversized) pistons. 8.5:1 compression up from 8.0:1 - Manley H-TUFF H-Beam Rods. - Brian Crower +1mm oversize valves In & Ex. To match up with Brian Crower stage 3, 280 degree camshafts and Valvespring w/ Titanium Retainers. - Ferrea Copper Alloy Valve guides I'll try to keep those of you that care, updated as often as possible.
