this is a sad one but the journals of mon mothma at the end of the rogue one novelisation? they will be published eventually some time around when the resistance came to be and rogue one is the story to be passed onto any new rebels.
people are gonna make holos of jyn and cassian and while they are heavily dramatised, there is some truth to it
after the war, they would leave the rebellion/new republic but would serve leia or mothma in an unofficial capacity. they would not settle down, would not have children and one day, general leia organa would send her most trusted pilot, poe dameron, to track these two down (they are notoriously hard to find). jyn erso and cassian andor would be two of the founding members of the resistance.
