Rogue Rezbits are high on the list. The Power Suit locking up is an experience akin to a seizure, and not one I'd like to experience again soon.

X Parasite infection was one of the worst sicknesses I've lived through, even if I was unconscious for most of it. Had some pretty bizarre dreams while I was under, too.

And of course there were the Metroids, which should need no explanation.
