Today is #indigenouspeoplesday in the US. To mark the occasion, I want to spotlight a cool EP that was recently shared with me. Mutilated Tyrant is a Native American black metal band from the Navajo Nation. Their 2020 EP is called: Ho'dichiih Dóó’ Sáji’. It’s really awesome, and has a 90s Norwegian BM vibe. I just got a sweet Mutilated Tyrant patch and some decals in the mail today, so I had to bust out my Ho'dichiih Dóó’ Sáji’ CD. This is bleak, angry black metal from the rez. I could really go for a full length, guys!
