Karen!Agatha would totally be head of a Homeowners Association. Nitpicking every tiny detail of every lawn. Hell even if an insignificant bush isn’t trimmed correctly, someone will be hearing about it.
She is so controlling and aggravating, sending you constant emails about your yard and supposed noise levels. Her condescending tone when she talks to you about your pets. You want to be civil but you also want to tell her to mind her damn business.
It really makes you want to put her in her place. To see the ‘high and mighty’ Agatha Harkness crumble underneath you. Watching her beg and try to get some semblance of control back. Only to strip away that tyrannical facade she puts up all day.
