The original PMAG was the first magazine for the AR15/M16 platform to incorporate the following performance features: Proprietary fiber-reinforced polymer body eliminating the need for any metal inserts. Optimized constant-curvature round stack geometry. True Anti-Tilt Follower. Improved feed lip geometry for more reliable and direct round presentation. Visual indication of rounds remaining all the way to empty (MagLevel system). Molded color options for bodies, followers, and floorplates. Ease of disassembly for cleaning and unloading. This molded, untextured sample was one of the first to come out of the original PMAG molds. In the world of injection molding, these “first shots” out of the mold are the first time a product becomes “real”.
