▌█ ❥▐ ’ & @belsimu. PRINCESS CUT FROM MARBLE.
IF SHERRY blendy had not been raised by a woman who had breathed dignity until the moment her life had found an all too early end, she would have been pouting and tapping her fingernails against the bar, but so she restricted to showing her impatience by frowning, just a little, and rocking back and forth on her heels. she had decided to see jenny more or less right after ren had ditched her in the café she hated fifty-four minutes earlier, and after it had taken her a small eternity to get a taxi and cross town, she was impatient to say the least.
❛ ten minutes? ❜ she repeated, still fighting the urge to pout ( in spite of not having pouted since she had been four ) as she threw the man a mildly venomous glare. really, where were the man’s manners? ❛ i suppose i can live with that ... and well, you’re not completely right ... it’s goddamn tiara this time. ❜
selling her cheating fiancé’s presents was a somewhat recent addition to her hobbies, but it was surely one she enjoyed a lot. especially since ren was still eating up her claims to have lost whatever he had sent her in an attempt to make up for his cheating and kept throwing more and more money out of the window. in a way, it was sad. however, it was fun to drag jenny across town, usually in search of a pawnshop they had not frequented before ( or at least not too recently ) in order to sell whatever obnoxiously expensive thing ren had thrown her way and to spend the money on something nicer afterwards.
she was not completely sure why she never went alone but rather dragged jenny alone, but it surely had something to do with appreciating the other’s company. there was something real&genuine about the blonde sherry had not seen outside of movies in quite some time.
❛ so that should be --- an event, ❜ she added with a dramatic sigh as she settled down on an empty chair.
