Ok so it's 7:20am and I literally have not slept.

Instead I spent my time rewatching all of Buddy System, season 1 AND 2.

There are so many places where I feel like R&L use their characters as an excuse to get really close to each other -

There's something about the way Link's silver hair catches the light that brings out his eyes. And notice how Rhett finally smiles with his teeth more often than hiding them. See the way they carry themselves with far more confidence - Especially Rhett, whom we know used to slouch due to the insecurities around his height. And there's something in the way Link says Rhett's name with only the softest caress of a "tt" on the end..

Possible easter egg in Buddy System season 2

Okay so, in the last episode (8) AU!Rhett has a discussion with the sign-job-pimp guy about "sax". We all know that "sax" was a complete and utter innuendo (for sex, duh).

But who else noticed the soprano vs baritone part of it?

It could just be me, but it kinda seems like a top vs bottom innuendo. It could be said that the baritone, being the deeper-toned saxophone, is like a dom/top person in a relationship, and that the soprano is therefore the bottom. Right?

So when asked which he was, AU!Rhett says baritone, but the pimp guy calls him out on it and AU!Rhett gives in and admits to being a soprano.

So if innuendo is carried through, then within the innuendo...

AU!Rhett is the bottom.
