History/Biography

Middle child of five, Talisa grew up a fairly normal life in Antiva with her siblings. She was always quite free, the responsibilities being put upon her two older siblings while her parents doted on her two younger ones, leaving her to do as she pleased. She became quite the promiscuous one, though using a fake name, she made sure word never got back to her parents, insisting all of their children lead a diligent life.

Through her life of promiscuity, she met an Antivan Crow who not only wished to pay for her services, but also to help train her in the ways of the bard, the life she wanting proving to be a dangerous one. This would not last too long, for one day when she refused to give her services, he turned on her, wounding her with a blade. Managing to escape, she knew she could not return home in this condition, so instead, she fled to the neighbouring Rivain, contacting her only her youngest sister to inform her of where she had gone.

Being taken in by a proprietor at a brothel, she healed up and then became one of the establishments most sought out dancer and courtesan, now under the protection of the establishment, rather than by herself.

Toying with the idea of Talisa (Rhinnala) using a meteor hammer as her weapon.

It’d be a lot more subtle, the ball being something sharp or edged and the chain itself would be hidden by materials that match her outfit.

❤ Have they ever been in love?

Taban will tell you of many lovers and many nights of lust, though he couldn’t possibly say if he loved any of them. A lot of his teen years were spent as an Antivan Crow, he knew he couldn’t get himself attached to anyone, whether it be a fellow Crow or target. 

Rhinnala on the other hand, fell for an Antivan Crow, only him to stab her in the back, quite literally.

💖 How do they say ‘I love you’ without really saying it?

Luana is a difficult person to read, but one thing she does that her younger sister, Velanna, noticed, is she’ll tuck a piece of hair behind the person’s ear. It’s affectionate, but also serves a purpose, not wanting her siblings to hide behind the hair they’re known for. 

When it’s for some more intimate, she’ll lean a head on their shoulder. 

Milaux is quite forward with his words and actions, so if he is not out right saying “I love you”, then he is hugging his partner from behind and whispering it into their ear before nipping an earlobe. Any form of touching is his form of “I love you.”

Lakkam, while he has a way with words, finds it difficult to express how he actually feels, more so when it’s an intimate fashion. His form of “I love you”, will come in gifts, using his wealth to his advantage. He’ll find what the other enjoys and seek it out for them.

💋 How old were they when they had their first kiss?

Velanna was around 15 when she had her first kiss, though it was nothing special. It was from a boy of another clan that was loyal to theirs, so they saw each other on a regular basis. She thought he was cute and would often spend time with him, until one day she more or less “dared” him to kiss her. He obliged, though she giggled through the entire thing, which caused him to laugh and get playfully angry at her.

Quirks include playing with one of the ribbons that adorn the top half of her clothing, wearing a lot of gold and very sheer clothing.

Hobbies include dancing, both in and out of work, with or without her fans

She’s an avid player of Wicked Grace and quite good at it, though often allows her clients to pick up the win, sometimes for that extra boost of confidence.

It’s no secret that both Rhinnala and Taban both like to “get around”, but that’s not to say they wouldn’t settle down at some point. It would be for love, for themselves and not for any kind of bloodline rules.

Niaṁ enjoys a curious mind, so if she catches someone doing something that might be considered obscure, she will most likely be intrigued by them.
