Grasshopper - make a grid with a specified size
Kinda a really cheesy way, but wanted to share. I wanted to create a 10′ x 10′ grid just to visualize a planting pattern, but realized this was not a native feature to GH.
My cheesy way:
I basically just created an array of squares of the right length and made a surface and divided that.
This seems to be a lot easier than tree grafting etc I found on the GH forum.
EDIT: it took me half the time to figure out that I basically just arrayed points in a rectangle. *dab*
