Gooood morning! Obligatory mushroom selfie before I leave #flambouro #florina this week. Wasn't the best year for mushrooms here. It didn't rain for months. Only now did they start popping but so did the colds and snow. We're high up in the mountains. I'll be back. Next year and every year. Home away from home. Ancestral home Next year I plan to bring a small handful of helpful humans along for a 9 day tour of this glorious country. Mushroom hunting. Hot springs. The Mediterranean. Amazing food and wine.
