Late notice, I know, but if you have nothing to do today, we’re throwing a Friendsgiving at The Empire today. Everyone is welcome, there will be plenty of food and drinks, and all ages are invited. Stop by anytime after 2pm, bring friends, or anyone who might enjoy a warm meal and some company. We’ll also have drivers available for anyone who has a bit too much fun, or rooms available if you prefer. Hope to see you there!

Does anyone know if the Big Blue Bug is lit up yet? I haven’t driven through Providence in a few weeks so I have no idea. Why do I feel such a strong urge to get an ice coffee and drive by just to see?

Important question: when does everyone put up their Christmas decorations? I’m gonna convince my Grinch-y fiancé that we should put ours up this week, I always think Thanksgiving feels even more Thanksgiving-y with Christmas lights twinkling! Also, we have some super cute new holiday-themed arrangements at the shop right now, so let me know if you want to order any, they’re my favorite to put together. It’s the most wonderful time of the yeaaaar ♪

I finally got a five star rating on my AC island the other day and honestly nothing else matters anymore, nothing else will ever beat this accomplishment. (No offense, Josh, becoming a three-time aunt to your children was a close second xoxo)

Anyway, what do I do now? Do I reset?? Like, what is the objective here after getting five stars... How does this game work?

As expected, I’m already drowning in fan mail in the form of birthday cards for tomorrow. So, since I want to be able to differentiate between fans and friends, this is my official request for you to include a gold star with the letter C in the middle of it somewhere on the envelope for your birthday card to me, just so I know. I mean, I know you’re all fans, but I consider you all dear friends, too.
