Summary: Delilah debuts her newest book and she’s not the only one who manages to stir up some drama in the process.
"Are we rolling? Do I even need to ask that? Should I just assume we are always rolling?” You send a playful glare to your husband Harry as he adjusts his mic pack that’s tucked into the waistband of his shorts before taking a seat on the couch next to you. “What's that look for I’m new to this whole-”
“Harry’s sound is off can we adjust him? He’s got an echo.” Mark one of the producers announces as he slides his headphones off so they are hanging around his neck.
“Oh you’ve got an echo. Yeah we’ve got to fix that because no one needs to hear his voice that much.” You say with a laugh as you reach down to grab your iced coffee while a lovely sound technician works on Harry’s mic.
“What’s that supposed to mean?”
“Nothing honey don’t worry about it. You have a lovely voice.”
“I’d say so considering how many Grammys I’ve got stored in a box somewhere in the attic.”
“Are all your Grammys really in a box in your attic?” Mark asks with an amused smile on his face as he looks at the two of you on the screen in front of him, you let out a laugh while Harry acts as if he didn’t hear the question and turns to look over his shoulder to see how the sound tech is doing on his mic pack.
“You good? Need me to stand up or something?” Harry asks trying to avoid answering the question, the tech just lets out a chuckle and shakes his head no before standing up and giving Mark a thumbs up. Harry looks back at the camera when you place a hand on his knee giving it a pat, he lets out a small sigh as he runs a hand through his hair. “I’m not going to be able to do that am I?”
“If by that you mean avoid questions then no Harry I’m afraid you’re not.” Mark answers, making Harry just nod as he grabs your hand that’s still on his knee, lacing his fingers through yours. “Okay now—Styles confessional round one.” You smile as Mark slides his headphones back over his ear and gives the two of you a countdown so you know exactly when the camera is going to begin rolling.
