CLOSED STARTER for @rianmontgomery; at his house, days after the wedding
It had been a few days now since the wedding. And despite the time, the shock seemed to have permeated in Oceanside, and rightly so. Isaak’s display was no meager one, and it had sent a massive message to anyone and everyone there. No one could miss it, not when the bride’s sister was the unfortunate casualty.
Aeva remained unfazed by all this, instead, choosing to focus her time and energy on the ones that somehow needed her. Alexa, her co-worker, was shaken up by the incident. Slowly but surely, Aeva began picking up signs that she wasn’t the only one wholly affected.
A notable one had turned out to be Rian, brother of the bride. It took up until that day for Aeva to realise that Rian was a Viper amongst his family, and it made for a rather unsightly revelation when the unthinkable happened. And now, the man had missed out on his work days, making for some worry and chatter amongst the low level Vipers. And because she was a nosy one at that, how easy it was for her to obtain his address from one of the minions that worked from him (bribed by a few bucks).
Hence, her making her way up to his place then, knocking on the door thrice, in the hopes of speaking to him, or at least, to check up on him. She doubted anyone else would have done so, so she took it upon herself. Peeking to the windows, she checked to see if anyone was home, hoping to catch sight of Rian maybe, through the windows.
