Ribbon is a SeaWing mixed with a Rain/SilkWing. They have the following abilities: bioluminesence, water breathing, pressure sensitivity (SilkWing trait), secondary wings

The only real visible RainWing trait is the ruff. Sometimes it will shift from blue to green to yellow, but has no correlation to mood.
