Internal communication arrows.. dotted is unclear or just.me not really remembering, double sided arrows means both can communicate together when front, one side arrow means they can only front intrude them, and not the other way around. If there isn’t an arrow then there hasn’t been communication. But!! These can change in the future. I just made these for us but wanted to share

HOW TO LIE.

Hi! Nice to meet you. Today im going to teach you how to lie and not get caught. Note that this is intended for people with abusive and or controlling parents(like myself) to retain human rights and taste sweet freedom and not at all to comit malicious deeds.

Now, there are a few important factors to consider in order to not get caught with lying; prioritizing, expression, and alibi.

Prioritizing is when you sacrifice a smaller lie in order to keep a bigger lie secret. For example, when confronted, I came clean about wearing makeup to keep my having social media accounts a secret, and so on. However, I advise that you dont come clean completely. See point 3(alibi) for details about this.

Expression is the key to lying. Even if you have a master plan inside your head, you could still get caught red handed if you dont express your innocence in a believable way. I know its scary lying to abusers, believe me, I know. Its ok to be scared. But if you dont want to get caught you need to remember that you need to be shameless. Be blunt. Act like you dont know a thing. Convince yourself that your lies are truth. It sounds stupid but trust me it works. It might take some practice but once you learn how to act dumb, its the best way to get out of confrontation. Practice your poker face, tone of voice, and subtle body language that indicate being innocent.

Alibi is a tricky one. Its often my last resort along with prioritizing because it involves admitting some lies/secrets. When your parents confront you about a lie, dont tell them the complete truth. Instead, mix another lie with a truth, that way, its technically plausible and a half-truth. For example, I was caught chatting on discord with some friends. When confronted, I told them it was for an international exchange programme. Now, this isnt a lie since I do participate in an international exchange programme at school. And since my parents know this, they believed my half lie, and I got away with having a discord.

This was my experience, which means it may work for me but not for some of you. Hope this helps! Stay safe 💚
