This doesn't happen often, but unfortunately we had a #segacd that we had done a major #retrorepair overhaul on come back with some issues. Looks USPS California was a bit rough with this poor guy. A #ribboncable was dislodged and the drive was out of alignment. Not a problem for #offthecharts. We sent our customer a prepaid label, brought it in, fixed the damage, and found even another repair aside from the previous scope of work! He got that one for free, and we're covering shipping back. We care about our customers and when something goes wrong, we make it right. I hope he gets to enjoy some #Cliffhanger when the system gets back home!
