With a homemade spice rub and a sweet barbecue glaze, these baby back ribs are so good they fall off the bone. Just right for a barbecue!
Ingredients: 2 racks baby back ribs. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 2 tablespoons paprika. 1 tablespoon black pepper. 1 tablespoon salt. 1 tablespoon chili powder. 1 tablespoon garlic powder. 1 tablespoon onion powder. 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. 1/2 cup barbecue sauce. 2 tablespoons honey.
Instructions: Get your smoker or grill hot, about 225F 107C. Take off the membrane on the back of the ribs so that the seasoning can get into them better. Mix chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, brown sugar, black pepper, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl to make the rub. Spread the spice mix out evenly on both sides of the ribs by rubbing them with it. Put the ribs on the grill and smoke them for three hours, making sure the temperature stays the same. To make a glaze, mix barbecue sauce and honey together. Put the ribs in aluminum foil and brush the glaze on them. Put it back on the grill for two more hours. Slowly take the ribs out of the package and coat them with more glaze. Leave the lid off and cook for another hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 200F 93C. Take the ribs off the grill and let them rest for 10 minutes. Then cut them into pieces. When you serve it with your favorite sides, the meat will be soft and fall off the bone.
