Sister’s friend came back from a trip to Thailand 🇹🇭 and gifted us with these two packs of meat floss snacks from Ha Kee Lim Jing Heang (合记林真香). The one on the right is Shredded Chicken Stick (鸡肉松条) which is chicken floss compacted into stick-like shape. A crispy and savoury snack if not on the dry side. The Rice Crackers with Pork Floss (肉松锅巴) is the better tasting of the two. Basically, it is puffed rice crackers 🍘 with pork floss stuck onto one side.
