I'm not poor, but I still live in shared house to 33 years because I have full time job but minumus wage, and all my saving are inheritances from death of my parent, but I'm ashemed to say I could grow my saving myself because the cost of housing and first necessety are rising, and I live in europe with free health care at least(but for example I'm too rich for housing or welfare because my saving are seen as income). So after hearing Viv is in fact more then middle class, it make sense despite overpopulation of hell in some way there is not high housing or too much costs. I mean no demons come to hotel for free room and food! So in some way hell has affable housing and cost, congratul to overlords, sarcastically.
That doesn't make sense, because wouldn't Charlie's Hotel idea fall flat? And judging by Angel Dust's prequel story he was unable to pay rent.
