My great friend Rich DDT (http://richddt.blogspot.com/) gave us an overview of his work, including the Pulse of the City installation (http://www.dailydot.com/technology/pulse-of-the-city-project-sxsw/), which recently won the Interactive Art Award at SXSW. He also invited us to visit the REBOOT: Music exhibit that he and JB Kirby are curating at the San Jose Tech Museum -- a really stellar grouping of interactive music artists, which I had the pleasure of helping out with! Then, Tim Thompson gave us a demo of one of his Space Palettes (http://nosuch.com/tjt/index.html). These instruments, which respond to hand movements in beautiful wooden frames, are also part of the REBOOT exhibit. Sensored Meetup (Lemnos Labs).
