Richard Moose - Safe from Harm . Infra Series 2012
Fyodor Golan's AW14 Collection at London Fashion Week
Inspired by the pink landscape 'heaven' picture by Richard Moose. The show most certainly was.. heaven! The girls came out like urban warriors in metallic dresses over boots as well as bunched sleeves and hooded dresses over trousers. It was bright and blingy with caps and round sunglasses adding to the techno urban vibe. Then came out our personal favourite, lots and lots of bright pink! Layered coats, gilets and skirts all added to the Barbie-on-acid effect with even a male model clad in the same amazing colours. The show ended with Judy Garlands 'somewhere over the rainbow' where we certainly had been taken! Turn the yellow brick road pink and think Wizard of Oz goes urban, and you're there...

The Congo by Richard Moose
“Infra” Photo Series by Richard Mosse
Brilliant aerochrome series by Irish photographer Richard Mosse.
“For centuries, the Congo has compelled and defied the Western imagination. Richard Mosse brings to this subject the use of a discontinued military surveillance technology, a type of color infrared film called Kodak Aerochrome. Originally developed for camouflage detection, this aerial reconnaissance film registers an invisible spectrum of infrared light, rendering the green landscape in vivid hues of lavender, crimson, and hot pink.”
