I'm seeing a lot of new hate for The Running Man coming out now that it's available on Paramount+ and it actually is quite entertaining. People hate Glen Powell because apparently he's in "everything". Really? Is he? They also hate the ending and think that it ruined the whole point of the movie that the book set up. Because everything needs to be awful and tragic and everyone needs to die, and let's not forget that book version of Richards is actually much much different than the movie. Like pretty much everything in the movie is different than the book and personally, thank Ra for that. I will never apologize for being happy that a movie chooses to end on a very hopeful note rather than end up be incredibly depressing. And everyone is still hung up over the version with Arnold for no reason other than they dislike Glen. Well. I think I just really disagree on that fact.

He just really needs a good night's sleep.
