Enjoy a delicious and indulgent Beef Burger topped with crispy sour cream-coated onions for an extra layer of flavor and texture. Perfect for burger enthusiasts!
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 4 burger buns. 1 cup sour cream. 1 onion, thinly sliced. 1 cup breadcrumbs. 1 egg. 1/2 cup flour. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/2 tsp pepper. 1/2 cup vegetable oil for frying. Lettuce, tomato, and cheese slices for garnish.
Instructions: Put ground beef, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix them together. Make 4 burger patties out of it. In a pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Put a little flour on each burger patton, then an egg that has been beaten, and finally breadcrumbs. Fry the burger patties in oil until they are golden brown and fully cooked, about four to five minutes on each side. Onions should be sauted in a separate pan until they get crispy and golden while the burgers are cooking. To make the crunchy sour cream topping, mix sour cream with onions that have been cooked. You can toast the burger buns in the oven or on the grill until they are just barely browned. In order to make the burgers, cover the bottom half of each bun with lettuce, a burger patty, a slice of cheese, tomato, and a large scoop of the crunchy sour cream onion mixture. Put the other half of the bun on top, and serve hot.
