Winter, 2014. In a trip to New York, Mitchell Hundred, now President of the United States, decided to visit the places where he could remember the old times. He made himself clear to the Security Detail that he could take care of himself in New York, at least. Then, he was all alone, walking in the streets of the Big Apple when he saw a blonde, huge man ahead. He knew that guy wasn't his old friend, but he felt like he should check on Bradbury.
The only place he could possibly find Rick was in his old apartment, but Hundred doubted he was still there. Yet, he went there only to recall the days he spent there, talking about the Great Machine, comic books, baseball, and many other things.
The building was still there, same neighborhood. Mitchell hid his face with a hat and sunglasses, and although he was wearing a fancy black suit with a chamois coat and shiny black shoes, nobody recognized him, surprisingly. Hundred walked towards the door of Bradbury's old home, and froze when he tried to knock the door. Should he do that? Bradbury hated him now, and with a good reason.
