This Ricotta Spinach Pizza is a delightful combination of creamy ricotta cheese, fresh spinach, and melted mozzarella. It's a perfect vegetarian pizza option with a touch of garlic and Parmesan for added flavor.
Ingredients: 1 pizza dough. 1 cup ricotta cheese. 2 cups fresh spinach. 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Red pepper flakes optional.
Instructions: Set your oven to 475F 245C before you start cooking. On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to the thickness you want. Place the dough on a pizza stone or a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper. Put olive oil in a pan and heat it over medium-low heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for one to two minutes, until the garlic smells good. Put fresh spinach in the pan and cook it until it wilts. Add pepper and salt. Evenly spread the ricotta cheese over the pizza dough, leaving a little space around the edges. Put the spinach that has been cooked, mozzarella cheese, and grated Parmesan cheese on top of the ricotta. It should be baked in a hot oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and lightly browned. Let the pizza cool down for a few minutes after taking it out of the oven before cutting it. You can add red pepper flakes for extra heat if you want to. Cut your Ricotta Spinach Pizza into pieces, serve it, and enjoy!
