Just finishing a riddling run in the Roto-Jolly. A week of action sending the yeast to the neck. The machine turns bottles from horizontal to vertical and swings them right to left simulating the action of manual remueuring. This is a trial run of half or 375ml method bottles. A BIG shoutout to @kevin_ormond what troubleshooted an electronic failure in the controls after a power outage. Next process to check is disgorging! I keep messin with stuff in my hands and fiddling with whatever I can and apparently that gets on people's nerves, today someone said "could you not give into every impulse you have?" One of the impulses I chose not to give into was saying "man I ignore more than half of them, you seen nothin yet"
