Should you do the same workout or switch it up?

Good morning my fellow fitness lovers!

Today, I wanted to talk about if you any of you have changed your workout recently. Personally, I switched mine up a few months ago. I used to go to Cardio Dance workouts a few times a week and I loved it! (Still do) However, I wasn't really keeping up with it every week and I kinda felt like I plateaued after a few months.  Trust me, I love to dance and I do believe dance is one of the best workouts to do! I just felt like I needed to try something new. You know when your not really motivated to workout and you just say,  “Ill do better next week” and next week rolls around and nothing has changed and your not in a  routine? Well thats how I felt and I needed a change ASAP. I just felt blah for a few months, but I knew I wanted a new workout environment. 

Like I have said previously, CycleBar is just an all around a positive environment. When you go in to your ride everyday, you feel like you are apart of a TEAM. It is your time to feel connected to the music, and feel the energy in the room. I am always wooing and smiling because I feel the positive, motivated energy and Its just an awesome feeling. We are all in the same room accomplishing the same goal for that day. We start and FINISH the ride together. Every ride, I come out feeling like I did better and I accomplished something. TIP: Ask your peers what kind of workouts they enjoy to do!  I have shared my experience with CycleBar and I have had 5 friends of mine that have  tried it in the past two weeks and they loved it. Next time you feel like your not motivated or you wanted to try something new, try out CycleBar!
