Lost the bubble wrap and elbow-knee pads. Wobbly but riding! My form is so lopsided, my left knee turns in so much! Will try to correct, probably why I wobble so much!

Sat up a bit more, changed my grip, tightened abs but most of all, EMPTIED MY MIND. Silencing the brain is key. Who knew riding rollers is so similar to meditation?
Bonus points for the bubble wrap on the door and the gardening pads on my elbows 😂
Hands on bars and a wipe out! It’s humbling how quickly you realize your form is poor and your cadence is irregular when riding on rollers.
