Lost the bubble wrap and elbow-knee pads. Wobbly but riding! My form is so lopsided, my left knee turns in so much! Will try to correct, probably why I wobble so much!

Sat up a bit more, changed my grip, tightened abs but most of all, EMPTIED MY MIND. Silencing the brain is key. Who knew riding rollers is so similar to meditation?
Bonus points for the bubble wrap on the door and the gardening pads on my elbows 😂
Hands on bars and a wipe out! It’s humbling how quickly you realize your form is poor and your cadence is irregular when riding on rollers.
Our kitty Pooter checking out the death contraption.
Still hanging on for dear life but better. Pumping up the tires helped a lot.
This is Ruby, isn’t she amazing!

Inspired by a 9 year old by the name of Ruby Isaac, I’ve purchased bike rollers. Better known as death contraption numero uno.
My tri chick friend encouraged my purchase of course, she has them. Tells me it’s like riding on ice. That’s pretty close, it’s more like riding uphill on ice!
I was sweating like a pig and thought I was gonna have a heart attack so cardio…check!
I have all winter with this baby, slip slide awaaaay!
